I guess the other games don’t matter, from here on out both teams should just play each other 15 times huh? How can you honestly conclude aLabama was the better team because of the results of 1 game in a 15 game season? It’s just they literally lost and struggled with those guys healthy against teams that couldn’t hold UGA’s jock strap.Īnd when assessing their season and watching them loss multiple games and being in multiple 1 score wins against scrub teams. Not that UGA was the vastly superior team that just simply failed to go undefeated. One could still reasonably and logically conclude that those wr’s were in fact the differences in both games. Even though injuries are apart of the games and it would be an excuse. Then subsequently losing without their all galactic wr’s to the same team. Then I could understand why they would recieve such high regard from a much needed win. Now had aLabama actually dominated every lesser opponent like UGA. What about UGA absolutely dominating every other game with a more than capable but seldom flexed offense and historic defense, and ultimately avenging the loss to aLabama in the natty? (I know it doesn’t matter, UGA win the natty etc. It’s about how a game that literally was the least significant for UGA is heavily weighted in determining if UGA truly was the best team.
